In recent years, PPB has experienced significant growth and required new accommodation, relocating their Melbourne office to a recently completed premium grade, 5 Star Green Star office building in Melbourne.
PPB sought to distinguish their new office as a benchmark facility within the accounting sector, using the design to encourage greater communication, assist in staff recruitment and retention and also as a public statement towards their commitment to the highest professional standards. The design strategy was to simplify the project by using a limited number of key design features and materials to create a new workplace that embraces PPB’s core values of innovation, professionalism and teamwork. The partners of PPB understood that a new workplace can be a powerful tool to support their business objectives and encourage these values, whilst engaging their people in a social, healthy and productive environment.
