Fellowship Description: We would like to invite applications for the post of Postdoctoral Researcher. This position will be fixed term for 3 years and is a full-time post.
The post-holder will work closely with a team of researchers and other European centres in the acquisition and analysis of a large imaging dataset obtained as part of the OPtimization of Treatment and Management of Schizophrenia in Europe (OpTiMiSE)) study. The study aims to test whether genetic and neuroimaging data can be used to predict the response to antipsychotic treatment in first episode psychosis. Data will be acquired using different imaging modalities, including volumetric MRI, Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy for glutamate, and 18-F-Dopa PET. The post-holder will contribute to the acquisition and analysis of brain imaging data, and the integration analysis of these data across imaging modalities, and with clinical and genetic data.
